Working nights this week. Can`t be arsed. Although a couple of the people I`m working with I really am fond of, so that makes a big difference. Only one or two dickheads in with us. Problem is, they`re the ones in charge. Where I work, being in charge has fuck-all to do with the ability to lead; its all about our leaders` ablility to follow the orders their leaders. They must be willing to enforce rules that defy logic, and that they themselves disagree with.
